Sautieren, bis er zusammengefallen ist. Die H\u00e4hnchenbr\u00fcste s\u00e4ubern, der L\u00e4nge nach halbieren und auf Klarsichtfolie flach klopfen, damit sie gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig dick werden.
