Dann <strong>die Zwiebel fein w\u00fcrfeln und den Knoblauch hacken<\/strong>. Den Topf mit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/kokosol-kochspray-gymbeam.html\" class=\"ek-link\">Speise\u00f6l<\/a><\/strong> einspr\u00fchen, <strong>die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel hineingeben und glasig d\u00fcnsten<\/strong>. Dann den gehackten Knoblauch und den <strong>geriebenen Ingwer<\/strong> dazugeben und etwa eine Minute d\u00fcnsten, bis es duftet. Nun die <strong>Karotten und den Sellerie dazugeben und etwa 5 Minuten unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren d\u00fcnsten<\/strong>.
