Abbiamo creato una versione <strong>gourmet<\/strong> con <strong>una sana insalata di cavolo e del tenero pollo sfilacciato<\/strong> che \u00e8 semplicemente divina. Poi scalda una padella con dell&#8217;<a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/olio-extravergine-di-oliva-bio-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>olio<\/strong><\/a> e scotta la carne fino a dorarla. Successivamente, aggiungi dell&#8217;acqua nella padella, copri con un coperchio e lascia cuocere a fuoco lento per circa 15 minuti. Sfilaccia i petti di pollo con l&#8217;aiuto di una forchetta, mescolali con dell&#8217;acqua di cottura e la <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/zero-salsa-barbecue-320-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>salsa barbecue<\/strong><\/a>. Se decidi di utilizzare il&nbsp;<a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/petti-di-pollo-in-salamoia-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>pollo<\/strong><\/a><strong> gi\u00e0 pronto<\/strong>, \u00e8 sufficiente <strong>mischiarlo con 6 cucchiai di salsa barbecue<\/strong> e aggiungere acqua o brodo secondo necessit\u00e0.
