Ecco perch\u00e9 oggi abbiamo preparato questi semplici latkes di patate, cotti al forno, che a differenza delle tradizionali frittelle di patate, non contengono una quantit\u00e0 di grasso non necessaria. Dopo circa <strong><strong>15 minuti, strizzale <\/strong><\/strong>per eliminare l&#8217;acqua e scolale.
