Wenn nicht, fangen wir an. Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen. Anschlie\u00dfend putzt man einen Hokkaidok\u00fcrbis und schneidet ihn in zwei H\u00e4lften. Die Schale muss nicht entfernt werden. Die Kerne aus beiden H\u00e4lften entfernen, den K\u00fcrbis auf ein Backblech legen und <strong>im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180 \u00b0C ca. 30-45 Minuten (je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des K\u00fcrbisses) backen<\/strong>. Um die Backzeit zu verk\u00fcrzen, kann man den K\u00fcrbis in kleinere St\u00fccke schneiden. Ob der K\u00fcrbis fertig gebacken ist, erkennt man daran, dass er beim Einstechen mit einer Gabel ganz weich wird. Wenn der K\u00fcrbis fertig ist, abk\u00fchlen lassen und mit dem n\u00e4chsten Schritt fortfahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Den ger\u00f6steten K\u00fcrbis <\/strong>in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben und p\u00fcrieren. Alternativ kann man auch einen P\u00fcrierstab verwenden. Die Pekann\u00fcsse kann man vorher in kleinere St\u00fccke schneiden, damit sie sich besser im Kuchen verteilen. Alle Zutaten gut<strong> vermischen<\/strong>, damit eine homogene<strong> Masse <\/strong>entsteht. Nun besorgt man sich eine Kuchenform, in der man den Kuchen backen kann. Um zu pr\u00fcfen, ob der Teig gar ist, mit einem Spie\u00df an mehreren Stellen einstechen. Der Teig darf nicht kleben bleiben. Den Kuchen auf einen Teller kippen und abk\u00fchlen lassen.
