Kurz mitbraten. Wenn man l\u00e4nger bratet, kann der Paprika bitter werden. Dann die H\u00e4lfte <strong>(etwa 240 g) der<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-chickpeas-ready-to-eat-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kichererbsen<\/a><\/strong> <strong>und die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/strong> hinzuf\u00fcgen. Den Deckel auf den Topf legen und das Ganze etwa 10 Minuten kochen lassen. Die ganze Mischung mit einem Stabmixer gr\u00fcndlich <strong>p\u00fcrieren<\/strong>. Noch etwas kochen lassen und die <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-kokosmilch-400-ml-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Kokosnussmilch<\/strong><\/a> <strong>mit den restlichen Kichererbsen<\/strong> hinzuf\u00fcgen.
