Prethodi mu gore spomenuta <strong>hiperurikemija<\/strong>, \u0161to je povi\u0161ena razina mokra\u0107ne kiseline u krvi. Tek tad se soli mokra\u0107ne kiseline (urati) po\u010dinju nakupljati u tijelu u obliku kristala. Cijeli proces zapo\u010dinje fazom u kojoj je samo razina mokra\u0107ne kiseline u krvi povi\u0161ena, a nijedan dio tijela ne <strong>boli<\/strong> niti <strong>oti\u010de<\/strong>. Prvi izbor svakako ne bi trebale biti nikakve bapske pri\u010de ili recepti za rje\u0161avanje gihta, nego promi\u0161ljene <strong>promjene na\u010dina \u017eivota<\/strong>. Lijekovi tako\u0111er nisu na odmet. Na primjer, porcija ribe mo\u017ee lako izazvati akutni napadaj gihta. Ako je osoba koja boluje od gihta probala i uvjerila se da odre\u0111ene namirnice dovode do toga u njenom slu\u010daju, svakako bi ih trebala izbjegavati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U slu\u010daju lak\u0161eg tijeka ili u slu\u010daju hiperurikemije, dijeta je bla\u017ea, a s vremena na vrijeme mo\u017ee biti u redu u\u017eivati u nekoj od tih namirnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz spomenutu fruktozu dolazi i pitanje je li u redu jesti <strong>vo\u0107e<\/strong> ili <strong>med<\/strong>. To su tako\u0111er namirnice razmjerno bogate tim jednostavnim \u0161e\u0107erom. Me\u0111utim, na sre\u0107u, pokazalo se da osoba koja ima giht mo\u017ee sigurno u\u017eivati u njima. To je zato \u0161to je fruktoza u tim namirnicama kombinirana s <strong>glukozom<\/strong> i dodatno nadopunjena <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/vlakna-u-hrani-koliko-ih-pojesti-i-kakve-benefite-pruzaju\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">vlaknima<\/a> u vo\u0107u. Stoga je uvijek korisno promatrati u\u010dinke pojedine namirnice na vlastito zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako odabrati prave namirnice?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hrana s visokim udjelom purina trebala bi se pojaviti u <strong>prehrani osobe s gihtom ili hiperurikemijom samo iznimno.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ona s niskim sadr\u017eajem purina op\u0107enito je <strong>dopu\u0161tena<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unos namirnica iz srednjeg stupca, kao \u0161to su mahunarke ili cjelovite \u017eitarice, vrlo je <strong>individualan<\/strong> i zapravo ovisi o te\u017eini bolesti. Nekima su mahunarke mo\u017eda zabranjene, dok ih drugi bez problema mogu jesti dva puta tjedno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Te se namirnice mogu uklju\u010diti u prehranu u manjim koli\u010dinama uz pra\u0107enje njihovog utjecaja na tijek stanja (pogor\u0161anje se mo\u017ee o\u010ditovati, primjerice, bolovima u zglobovima ili pojavom napadaja gihta). Potrebno je ograni\u010diti znatnu koli\u010dinu namirnica, a za mnoge druge to nije jasno.
