Me\u0161utim, stalna konumacija kuhanog krumpira nakon nekog vremena mo\u017ee postati pomalo dosadna. Zato smo danas pripremili ove jednostavne polpete od krumpira, pe\u010dene u pe\u0107nici, koje za razliku od tradicionalnih krumpirovih pala\u010dinki, ne sadr\u017ee nepotrebne koli\u010dine masno\u0107e. Naribani krumpir malo posolite, dobro promije\u0161ajte da se ravnomjerno rasporedi<\/strong> i ostavite da pusti vodu. Nakon <strong>15-ak minuta ocijedite<\/strong> vodu. Luk i \u010de\u0161njak <strong>sitno nasjeckajte, a parmezan naribajte.<\/strong> U zdjeli pomije\u0161ajte naribani <strong>krumpir, luk, \u010de\u0161njak, jaje, bra\u0161no i parmezan.<\/strong> Za\u010dinite <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/ruzicasta-himalajska-sol-fina-gymbeam.html\">solju<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-mljeveni-crni-papar-sonnentor.html\">paprom<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-origano-sonnentor.html\">origanom<\/a><\/strong> po \u017eelji. Mo\u017eete ih oblikovati \u017elicom. Od cijele smjese dobit \u0107ete <strong>8 komada<\/strong>. Najbolje je da sve polpete budu jednako debele kako bi se ravnomjerno ispekle.
