In der Zwischenzeit die <strong>Zwiebel<\/strong> schneiden und in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/reines-ghee-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ghee<\/a><\/strong> anbraten. Dann <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-curry-sweet-sonnentor.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Currypulver<\/a><\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/gewurz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>schwarzen Pfeffer<\/strong><\/a> und eine Prise <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Salz<\/strong><\/a> hinzugeben. Den <strong>K\u00fcrbis<\/strong> waschen, halbieren und von den Kernen befreien. Dann mit der Schale in W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Zu den Zwiebeln geben und mit etwa 200 ml Wasser aufgie\u00dfen. Das Curry bei geschlossenem Deckel ca. <strong>15 &#8211; 20 Minuten<\/strong> kochen, bis der K\u00fcrbis beginnt, weich zu werden. Die H\u00e4lfte der Mischung nehmen und <strong>p\u00fcrieren<\/strong>, bis sie glatt ist.
