Das gew\u00fcrfelte Tempeh mit einem Papiertuch abtrocknen und mit <strong>Sojaso\u00dfe<\/strong> vermischen. Tempeh in einer Pfanne mit <strong>\u00bd Essl\u00f6ffel<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/ole\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>\u00d6l<\/strong><\/a> <strong>goldbraun<\/strong> braten. Wenn das Tempeh fertig ist, aus der Pfanne rausnehmen. Das restliche \u00d6l in die Pfanne gie\u00dfen und den fein gehackten Knoblauch und den Ingwer kurz darin anbraten. Dann die <strong>Karotten und die gr\u00fcnen Bohnen<\/strong> hinzugeben. Das Gem\u00fcse schmoren, bis es fast weich ist (etwa 10 Minuten). In der Zwischenzeit <strong>die dicken Reisnudeln<\/strong> <strong>im Topf nach Anleitung<\/strong> <strong>kochen<\/strong>. <strong>Alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die So\u00dfe mischen und \u00fcber das Gem\u00fcse im Topf gie\u00dfen.<\/strong> Auch die abgetropften <strong>Nudeln<\/strong> und das <strong>gebratene Tempeh<\/strong> hinzugeben. Alles gut verr\u00fchren und bei Bedarf <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">salzen<\/a><\/strong>.
