Ot\u00e1zka tedy zn\u00ed, jestli se d\u00e1 s celulitidou n\u011bco d\u011blat, nebo se s n\u00ed mus\u00edme sm\u00ed\u0159it? Ve skute\u010dnosti jde o <strong>strukturn\u00ed poruchu k\u016f\u017ee<\/strong> a <strong>podko\u017en\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b<\/strong>. Ta se uk\u00e1\u017ee v cel\u00e9 sv\u00e9 kr\u00e1se, kdy\u017e se<strong> zv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed objem tukov\u00fdch bun\u011bk (adipocyt\u016f) v podko\u017e\u00ed<\/strong>. Jeho jednotliv\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti toti\u017e nejsou dost pevn\u00e9 na to, aby zabr\u00e1nily vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed tuku sm\u011brem nahoru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pod k\u016f\u017e\u00ed se skr\u00fdv\u00e1 n\u011bkolik vrstev, tzv. fasci\u00ed \u2013 struktur vytvo\u0159en\u00fdch z kolagenov\u00fdch a dal\u0161\u00edch vl\u00e1ken. Tyto vrstvy ulo\u017een\u00e9 nad sebou jsou navz\u00e1jem propojeny dal\u0161\u00edmi fasciemi. Aby v\u00e1m to d\u00e1valo v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed smysl, p\u0159edstavte si oby\u010dejnou <strong>t\u0159\u00edpatrovou bytovku<\/strong>. St\u0159echa bytovky je <strong>svrchn\u00ed vrstva k\u016f\u017ee,<\/strong> zat\u00edmco zbytek budovy je ji\u017e sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed <strong>podko\u017e\u00ed<\/strong>. <strong>Podlahy<\/strong> a <strong>stropy<\/strong> p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed <strong>vodorovn\u00e9 fascie<\/strong>, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e <strong>st\u011bny<\/strong> jsou naopak <strong>svisl\u00e9 fascie<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 dr\u017e\u00ed celou tuto strukturu pohromad\u011b. Podko\u017e\u00ed samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ve skute\u010dnosti nen\u00ed tak pravideln\u00e9, ale pro vysv\u011btlen\u00ed n\u00e1m tato p\u0159edstava sta\u010d\u00ed. V prostoru mezi fasciemi (v na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b st\u011bnami) jsou t\u011bsn\u011b na sob\u011b ulo\u017eeny <strong>tukov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrchn\u00ed vrstva k\u016f\u017ee je pru\u017en\u00e1 a ani zdaleka nep\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 pevnou st\u0159echu domu. Kdy\u017e se tukov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky zv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, vytla\u010d\u00ed ji <strong>sm\u011brem ven<\/strong> \u2013 pr\u00e1v\u011b to tvo\u0159\u00ed ty <strong>hrbolky<\/strong> typick\u00e9 pro celulitidu. D\u016fvodem je struktura podko\u017e\u00ed, kterou jsme si pr\u00e1v\u011b popsali. U \u017een jsou tyto \u010d\u00e1sti m\u00e9n\u011b odoln\u00e9 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsou uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1ny tak, \u017ee je pro tukov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky <strong>snaz\u0161\u00ed protla\u010dit se nahoru<\/strong>. Mu\u017ei maj\u00ed fascie v podko\u017e\u00ed ulo\u017eeny zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd zabra\u0148uje vzniku celulitidy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To koneckonc\u016f potvrzuj\u00ed i n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00edsla. P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>80\u201390 % \u017een po pubert\u011b<\/strong> m\u00e1 do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry celulitidu, co\u017e z n\u00ed \u010din\u00ed b\u011b\u017enou sou\u010d\u00e1st t\u011bla t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ka\u017ed\u00e9 z n\u00e1s. Naopak jen cca <strong>2 % mu\u017e\u016f<\/strong> se pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s t\u00edmto probl\u00e9mem. Nav\u00edc k tomu v\u011bt\u0161inou p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 i n\u011bjak\u00e1 hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed porucha. Celulitida se vyskytuje nej\u010dast\u011bji na <strong>zadn\u00ed stran\u011b stehen<\/strong> a na <strong>h\u00fd\u017ed\u00edch<\/strong>, ale objevuje se i na <strong>b\u0159i\u0161e, l\u00fdtk\u00e1ch, pa\u017e\u00edch<\/strong> \u010di <strong>p\u0159edn\u00ed stran\u011b stehen<\/strong>.<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[3]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak\u00e1 stadia m\u00e1 celulitida?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Celulitida m\u016f\u017ee vypadat na ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u017een\u011b \u00fapln\u011b jinak. Jedn\u00e1 se o drobn\u00e9 trhlinky v podko\u017en\u00ed tk\u00e1ni, kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed, kdy\u017e dojde k jej\u00edmu n\u00e1hl\u00e9mu napnut\u00ed. Typicky vznikaj\u00ed na b\u0159i\u0161e b\u011bhem <strong>t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed<\/strong>, ale rovn\u011b\u017e je zp\u016fsobuje tak\u00e9 rychl\u00e9 <strong>p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed na v\u00e1ze<\/strong> nebo <strong>rychl\u00fd r\u016fst b\u011bhem puberty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes bohu\u017eel je\u0161t\u011b neexistuje zp\u016fsob, kter\u00fd by n\u00e1s dok\u00e1zal zbavit stri\u00ed.
