Der Nachteil bei der herk\u00f6mmlichen Zubereitung ist die gro\u00dfe Menge an \u00d6l, die zum Frittieren ben\u00f6tigt wird. Heute haben wir beschlossen, dieses fantastische Gericht zu entsch\u00e4rfen und Kartoffelpfannkuchen im Ofen zuzubereiten. In eine Sch\u00fcssel geben, salzen und die Kartoffeln ihre Feuchtigkeit abgeben lassen.
