P\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed j\u00ed hyperurik\u00e9mie, tedy zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 hladina kyseliny mo\u010dov\u00e9 vznikl\u00e1 p\u0159em\u011bnou purin\u016f z potravin i vlastn\u00ed tvorby t\u011bla. Dna se projevuje dnav\u00fdmi z\u00e1chvaty s otoky a bolestmi kloub\u016f trvaj\u00edc\u00edmi od n\u011bkolika dn\u00ed a\u017e po <strong>2 t\u00fddny<\/strong>, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed bolesti se typicky objevuj\u00ed v noci nebo brzy r\u00e1no. Obezita prvn\u00edho stupn\u011b (<strong>BMI \u2265 30 kg\/m\u00b2<\/strong>) dvojn\u00e1sobn\u011b zvy\u0161uje riziko rozvoje dny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladem l\u00e9\u010dby je <strong>n\u00edzkopurinov\u00e1 dieta<\/strong> omezuj\u00edc\u00ed denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem purin\u016f na maxim\u00e1ln\u011b <strong>400 mg<\/strong>. Potraviny s vysok\u00fdm obsahem purin\u016f (v\u00edce ne\u017e <strong>150 mg \/ 100 g<\/strong>) jako vnit\u0159nosti, sardinky a krevety je nutn\u00e9 vylou\u010dit. <strong>Vhodn\u00e9 <\/strong>je ovoce, zelenina, vejce, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, \u010desnek a k\u00e1va, kter\u00e1 podle n\u011bkter\u00fdch studi\u00ed p\u016fsob\u00ed p\u0159i dn\u011b ochrann\u011b. Alkohol a potraviny s frukt\u00f3zov\u00fdm sirupem dnu zhor\u0161uj\u00ed. <strong>Dostate\u010dn\u00fd pitn\u00fd re\u017eim<\/strong> sni\u017euje riziko vzniku ur\u00e1tov\u00fdch ledvinov\u00fdch kamen\u016f. Ze suplement\u016f maj\u00ed slibn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky <strong>vitamin C<\/strong> a <strong>t\u0159e\u0161\u0148ov\u00e1 \u0161\u0165\u00e1va.<\/strong> L\u00e9\u010dba zahrnuje protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 l\u00e9ky a p\u0159\u00edpravky sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed kyselinu mo\u010dovou, nap\u0159\u00edklad alopurinol (<strong>Milurit<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u017e jste sly\u0161eli o <strong>nemoci kr\u00e1l\u016f<\/strong>? Pod t\u00edmto tajemn\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem se skr\u00fdv\u00e1 pom\u011brn\u011b \u010dast\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed s n\u00e1zvem <strong>dna<\/strong>. M\u00e1te ve sv\u00e9m okol\u00ed n\u011bkoho, kdo si od sv\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159e p\u0159inesl tuto diagn\u00f3zu? Jedn\u00e1 se toti\u017e o docela \u010dast\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd obt\u011b\u017euje nejen bolestmi a otoky kloub\u016f. Dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va v\u0161ak je, \u017ee se nejedn\u00e1 o tr\u00e1pen\u00ed bez mo\u017enosti \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Ty bol\u00ed proto, \u017ee se v nich ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed <strong>krystaly soli kyseliny mo\u010dov\u00e9<\/strong>. Mo\u017en\u00e1 i vy zn\u00e1te n\u011bkoho, kdo v noci nem\u016f\u017ee sp\u00e1t kv\u016fli bolestem palc\u016f na noze. Pr\u00e1v\u011b to je typick\u00e9 problematick\u00e9 m\u00edsto. D\u00e1le mohou b\u00fdt zasa\u017eeny kotn\u00edky, kolena, z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed \u010di prsty na rukou. Tyto komplikace v\u0161ak mohou postihnout i jin\u00e9 oblasti t\u011bla, nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161lachy nebo ledviny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nen\u00ed to tak, \u017ee dna se objevuje z ni\u010deho nic. P\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed j\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b jak\u00fdsi p\u0159edstupe\u0148, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m je v krvi <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 hladina kyseliny mo\u010dov\u00e9<\/strong>. Od nyn\u011bj\u0161ka, pokud n\u011bkdy v l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 zpr\u00e1v\u011b naraz\u00edte na slovo <strong>hyperurik\u00e9mie<\/strong>, u\u017e budete v\u011bd\u011bt, o co jde. V tomto stavu klouby a dal\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla nebol\u00ed a nejsou nijak posti\u017eeny. Zapamatujte si tedy, \u017ee <strong>ne v\u0161ichni lid\u00e9 s nadm\u011brnou hladinou kyseliny mo\u010dov\u00e9 trp\u00ed dnou<\/strong>. Nejprve j\u00ed p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 <strong>hyperurik\u00e9mie<\/strong> neboli zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 hladina kyseliny mo\u010dov\u00e9 v krvi. Teprve n\u00e1sledn\u011b se soli kyseliny mo\u010dov\u00e9 (ur\u00e1ty) za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed ukl\u00e1dat v t\u011ble ve form\u011b krystal\u016f. Varov\u00e1n\u00edm je jen <strong>zvednut\u00fd prst praktick\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159e<\/strong>, kter\u00fd d\u011blal odb\u011bry. Proto je v\u017edy u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pozorovat s\u00e1m na sob\u011b, jak\u00fd m\u00e1 dan\u00e1 potravina efekt na zdravotn\u00ed stav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010c\u00edm se \u0159\u00eddit p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru potravin?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Potraviny s vysok\u00fdm obsahem purin\u016f by se m\u011bly v <strong>j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku \u010dlov\u011bka s dnou nebo hyperurik\u00e9mi\u00ed objevovat jen v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ty s n\u00edzk\u00fdm pod\u00edlem purin\u016f jsou v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 <strong>povoleny<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159\u00edjem potravin ze st\u0159edn\u00edho sloupce, jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad lu\u0161t\u011bniny nebo celozrnn\u00e9 potraviny, je velmi <strong>individu\u00e1ln\u00ed<\/strong>. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed toti\u017e na v\u00e1\u017enosti onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Pro n\u011bkoho mohou b\u00fdt lu\u0161t\u011bniny zak\u00e1z\u00e1ny, zat\u00edmco n\u011bkdo dal\u0161\u00ed je m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt klidn\u011b dvakr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b na tal\u00ed\u0159i.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tyto potraviny m\u016f\u017eeme v men\u0161\u00edch mno\u017estv\u00edch za\u0159adit do j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku a p\u0159itom sledovat, jak\u00fd maj\u00ed vliv na pr\u016fb\u011bh dny (zhor\u0161en\u00ed se m\u016f\u017ee projevit nap\u0159\u00edklad bolest\u00ed zasa\u017een\u00fdch kloub\u016f nebo nastartov\u00e1n\u00edm dnav\u00e9ho z\u00e1chvatu).
