Deshalb haben wir heute diese einfachen, im Ofen gebackenen Kartoffelpuffer zubereitet, die im Gegensatz zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Kartoffelpuffern kein unn\u00f6tiges Fett enthalten. Die geriebenen Kartoffeln mit etwas Salz bestreuen, gut mischen<\/strong> und das Wasser abgie\u00dfen. Nach ca. <strong>15 Minuten das Wasser ausdr\u00fccken<\/strong> und abtropfen lassen. <strong>Zwiebel und Knoblauch fein hacken, Parmesan reiben<\/strong>. Die geriebenen <strong>Kartoffeln, die Zwiebel, den Knoblauch, das Ei, das<\/strong> <strong><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-feines-dinkelvollkornmehl-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Mehl<\/a> und den Parmesank\u00e4se <\/strong>in einer Sch\u00fcssel mischen.
