Se spra\u0161ujete, kaj ima skupnega z \u017eitom, ki se obi\u010dajno uporablja za izdelavo moke, z je\u010dmenom? Gre za isto \u017eito, le da je v druga\u010dni razvojni fazi. Pravzaprav je dovzeten za <strong>oksidacijo,<\/strong> kar pomeni, da lahko izpostavljenost <strong>zraku<\/strong> in <strong>svetlobi<\/strong> hitro uni\u010di nekatere njegove hranilne snovi.
