Diesmal haben wir f\u00fcr dich eine Spezialit\u00e4t in Form eines indonesischen <strong>Fleischspie\u00dfes<\/strong>, auch <strong>Satay<\/strong> genannt, zubereitet. Das ist mariniertes Fleisch, das auf einen Spie\u00df gesteckt und gegrillt wird. So bleiben Geschmack und Saftigkeit erhalten. Anschlie\u00dfend wird es in die <strong>vorbereitete So\u00dfe<\/strong> gedippt und gegessen. Wir haben uns f\u00fcr eine Erdnussso\u00dfe f\u00fcr Satay entschieden, die perfekt zum H\u00e4hnchen passt. Waschen und in gr\u00f6\u00dfere St\u00fccke schneiden. Nun ist es Zeit f\u00fcr die <strong>Marinade<\/strong>. In einer Sch\u00fcssel <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-kokosmilch-400-ml-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Kokosnussmilch<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-kokosblutenzucker-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker<\/a>,<\/strong> ein St\u00fcck fein geriebenen <strong>Ingwer, gepressten Knoblauch, Sojaso\u00dfe, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-kurkumapulver-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Kurkuma<\/a> und Currypulver <\/strong>mischen. Das Fleisch in die Marinade geben, umr\u00fchren und mindestens zwei Stunden, am besten \u00fcber Nacht, im K\u00fchlschrank ziehen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn das Fleisch mariniert ist, kann mit dem Rezept fortgefahren werden. Spie\u00dfe (aus Holz, Edelstahl oder einem anderen sicheren Material) nehmen und das <strong>H\u00e4hnchen<\/strong> vorsichtig aufspie\u00dfen. Zwischen den einzelnen St\u00fccken sollten kleine Zwischenr\u00e4ume gelassen werden, damit das Fleisch gut durchgaren kann. Das aufgespie\u00dfte Fleisch in hei\u00dfem <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/reines-ghee-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Ghee <\/a><\/strong>kurz anbraten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt muss nur noch die So\u00dfe zubereitet werden. Das Verfahren ist einfach. Alle Zutaten (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/100-erdnussbutter-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Erdnussbutter<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-kokosmilch-400-ml-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Kokosnussmilch<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-kokosblutenzucker-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker<\/a>, Sojaso\u00dfe, Sriracha und Limettensaft<\/strong>) verr\u00fchren und je nach Bedarf mit Wasser verd\u00fcnnen. Mit dem Mixer kann eine feine, cremige Konsistenz erreicht werden.
