To vjerojatno nije supermoderni \u010dip, nego <strong>kontinuirani mjera\u010d glukoze.<\/strong> To je razmjerno nova tehnologija za mjerenje razine \u0161e\u0107era u krvi. Taj ure\u0111aj uglavnom upotrebljavaju osobe s dijabetesom koje moraju pa\u017eljivo pratiti ta o\u010ditanja. Me\u0111utim, tako\u0111er se brzo probio do radara <strong>biohakera, ljubitelja tehnologije<\/strong> i svih drugih osoba koje tra\u017ee na\u010dine za poticanje mr\u0161avljenja ili pobolj\u0161anje svog zdravlja. U dana\u0161njem \u010dlanku saznat \u0107ete \u0161to stoji iza popularnosti tih ure\u0111aja, kako rade i za koga su prikladni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_je_uredaj_za_kontinuirano_mjerenje_glukoze_CGM\"><\/span>\u0160to je ure\u0111aj za kontinuirano mjerenje glukoze (CGM)?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontinuirani mjera\u010d glukoze nosivi je ure\u0111aj koji <strong>prati razinu \u0161e\u0107era (glukoze) u krvi u stvarnom vremenu.<\/strong> Za razliku od tradicionalnih mjera\u010da glukoze, pru\u017ea podatke za cijeli dan, nude\u0107i sveobuhvatniji prikaz kretanja \u0161e\u0107era u krvi (&#8220;glikemije&#8221;). To omogu\u0107uje osobi da vidi kako <strong>prehrana, tjelovje\u017eba i druge dnevne aktivnosti utje\u010du na razinu glukoze.<\/strong> Ti su podaci posebno vrijedni za osobe s dijabetesom tipa 1 i tipa 2 (dijabetes melitus) ili drugim metaboli\u010dkim bolestima.
