Mo\u017eda ste ga upravo danas pojeli kao me\u0111uobrok dok ste gledali svoju omiljenu TV emisiju ili u\u017eivali u njemu kao ukusnom maslacu od kikirikija na hrskavom tostu. Me\u0111utim, koristan je i kao dio raznih jela, a svakako nisam jedini koji voli flps s kikirikijem, sladoled ili rezance udon u umaku od kikirikija, koji im daje karakteristi\u010dan zemljano-ora\u0161asti okus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kikiriki nudi vi\u0161e od samog okusa; mo\u017ee se pohvaliti izvrsnim nutritivnim profilom <strong>bogatim vrijednim hranjivim tvarima i nudi brojne dodatne prednosti<\/strong> potkrijepljene znanstvenim istra\u017eivanjima. Me\u0111utim, tako\u0111er je jedan od najve\u0107ih alergena na svijetu. Me\u0111utim, jeste li znali da pomalo vara svojim ora\u0161astim izgledom? To zapravo nije ora\u0161asti plod i ne biste ga prona\u0161li na drvetu. Ta biljka potje\u010de iz Ju\u017ene Amerike, a udoma\u0107ena je prije vi\u0161e od 6000 godina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Biljka je zanimljiva jer hrskavi kikiriki ne raste iznad zemlje kao mnoge druge vo\u0107ke, nego ispod zemlje. <strong>Njegove sjemenke postupno se ukopavaju u tlo, gdje se razvijaju u tvrde mahune s mre\u017eastom strukturom.<\/strong> Unutar tih mahuna obi\u010dno se nalazi najmanje jedna, ali najvi\u0161e \u010detiri sjemenke, obavijene tamnocrvenkastim ljuskama, koje prepoznajemo kao kikiriki. Vjerojatno ste \u010duli za njegov <strong>utjecaj na zdravlje srca, kognitivne funkcije, razinu \u0161e\u0107era u krvi<\/strong> i njegovu mogu\u0107u povezanost s ni\u017eim stopama odre\u0111enih vrsta raka. U nastavku \u0107emo se pozabaviti tim i drugim dobrobitima potkrijepljenim znanstvenim istra\u017eivanjima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h3\" id=\"mrsavljenje\">1. Zgodna pomo\u0107 u mr\u0161avljenju<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kikiriki je bogat mastima, proteinima i vlaknima. Samu masno\u0107u na\u0161e tijelo sporije probavlja, a s njom se usporava i probava druge hrane. To du\u017ee zadr\u017eava hranu u \u017eelucu, \u0161to poma\u017ee odgoditi po\u010detak kruljenja u \u017eelucu i op\u0107enito osje\u0107aja gladi. Masno\u0107e, zajedno s proteinima i vlaknima, tako\u0111er daju prednost kikirikiju <strong>da vam pomogne u borbi protiv gladi, ali tako\u0111er poti\u010de ve\u0107i osje\u0107aj sitosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To je upravo ono \u0161to se uklapa u prehranu kao jedan od dijelova slagalice koja vodi do mr\u0161avljenja ili odr\u017eavanja te\u017eine. Djeluje zahvaljuju\u0107i proteinima, koji <strong>imaju pozitivan u\u010dinak na grelin i leptin, hormone gladi i sitosti.<\/strong> Ti hormoni \u0161alju signale va\u0161em mozgu o tome koliko se osje\u0107ate gladnima ili sitima. Proteini, naime, imaju <strong>najve\u0107u sposobnost zasi\u0107enja od svih makronutrijenata. <\/strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[16 \u2013 27]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>S druge strane, valja napomenuti da je kikiriki dosta kalori\u010dna namirnica pa je potrebno kontrolirati njegov unos. U 100 grama ima otprilike <strong>591 kcal, \u0161to je jednako obilnom obroku.<\/strong> Stoga \u0107e biti puno mudrije u\u017eivati u manjoj porciji unutar va\u0161eg plana obroka ili prehrane. Kikiriki nije \u010darobno rje\u0161enje koje \u0107e podi\u0107i va\u0161e mr\u0161avljenje na novu razinu. Pozitivan utjecaj na zdravlje srca<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U vezi sa zdravim masno\u0107ama, kikiriki je, poput ora\u0161astih plodova, koristan za zdravlje srca. Sadr\u017ei <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/masti-koje-vam-stete-a-koje-su-korisne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>mononezasi\u0107ene i polinezasi\u0107ene masne kiseline<\/strong><\/a>, koje imaju <strong>pozitivan u\u010dinak na kolesterol.<\/strong> Osim toga, sadr\u017ei razne druge hranjive tvari poput antioksidanata ili vitamina B1, tako\u0111er poznatog kao tiamin, koji <strong>doprinosi pravilnom radu srca.<\/strong> Utjecaj kikirikija na zdravlje srca tako\u0111er je ispitivan raznim istra\u017eivanjima. Ona pokazuju da je konzumacija kikirikija dvaput tjedno <strong>povezana s 13 do 19 % manjim ukupnim rizikom od kardiovaskularnih bolesti i 15 do 23 % manjim rizikom od ishemijske bolesti srca. <\/strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4]<\/span><\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kikiriki se povezuje i sa zdravljem srca zbog sadr\u017eaja resveratrola, koji spada u antioksidante. Francusko istra\u017eivanje iz 2016. godine sugerira da resveratrol ima pozitivan u\u010dinak na <strong>upalu vaskularnog endotela i njegovu funkciju.<\/strong> \u0160tovi\u0161e, pove\u0107ana koncentracija resveratrola povezana je sa <strong>smanjenjem oksidacije LDL kolesterola, <\/strong>\u010dije su visoke razine povezane s aterosklerozom (otvrdnu\u0107em arterija) i koronarnom arterijskom bole\u0161\u0107u. <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5]<\/span><\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h3\" id=\"razina-\u0161e\u0107era-u-krvi\">3. Pomo\u0107 u kontroli razine \u0161e\u0107era u krvi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kikiriki mo\u017ee biti izvrsna pomo\u0107 osobama s dijabetesom. Spada <strong>u hranu s niskim glikemijskim indeksom (GI)<\/strong>. Postoji mehanizam koji se zove GI skala i svaka hrana koja dobije GI ocjenu u rasponu od 1 do 55 smatra se da ima nizak GI. Potencijalni pozitivan utjecaj na \u017eu\u010dni kamenac<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017du\u010dni kamenci \u010dvrste su tvorevine razli\u010ditih veli\u010dina koje se obi\u010dno stvaraju u \u017eu\u010dnom mjehuru i \u017eu\u010dnim kanalima. Razvijaju se iz naslaga \u017eu\u010di, koje se s vremenom skru\u0107uju i formiraju objekte koji otprilike podsje\u0107aju na kamenje iz Thanosove rukavice beskona\u010dnosti.
