Das ist eine Zubereitungsmethode, bei der alle Zutaten in eine hei\u00dfe Pfanne mit \u00d6l gegeben und kurz angebraten werden, damit sie <strong>knusprig<\/strong> werden. Klingt einfach, oder? Das Schwierigste ist die Auswahl der Zutaten f\u00fcr dein Gericht. Wir haben uns diesmal f\u00fcr eine vegane Variante entschieden und Tofu als Hauptzutat verwendet. Au\u00dferdem haben wir Gem\u00fcse und Champignons hinzugef\u00fcgt, die dem Gericht einen unverwechselbaren Geschmack verleihen. In kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. <strong>Zucchini, Champignons und Zwiebel<\/strong> in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. <strong>Karotten<\/strong> sch\u00e4len und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.
