Die erste wesentliche \u00c4nderung ist, dass wir <strong>das Hackfleisch durch Tempeh<\/strong> ersetzt haben. Dadurch wird die Bolognese-So\u00dfe zu einer Delikatesse, die auch f\u00fcr Veganer geeignet ist. Die zweite \u00c4nderung betrifft die Nudeln. Wir haben auch an diejenigen gedacht, die abnehmen wollen. Deshalb haben wir die klassischen Spaghetti durch <strong>kalorienarme Nudeln<\/strong> ersetzt, die nur 7 Kalorien pro 100 Gramm enthalten.
