Man muss nur <strong>Tofu besorgen<\/strong>. Die Zubereitung von <strong>R\u00fchrei aus Tofu<\/strong> ist ganz einfach. Man kann es ohne Probleme morgens zubereiten. Als Belohnung gibt es dann <strong>ein herrliches Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck<\/strong>, das f\u00fcr eine kohlenhydratarme Ern\u00e4hrung geeignet ist.
