Zum Gl\u00fcck ist H\u00e4hnchenbrust eine vielseitige Zutat, die sich immer wieder anders zubereiten l\u00e4sst. Heute haben wir uns f\u00fcr eine Kombination mit Couscous, Gem\u00fcse und Basilikumpesto entschieden. Je nach Geschmack mit einer Prise <a aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in einem neuen Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Salz <\/strong><\/a>und <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-pepper-black-ground-sonnentor.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>schwarzem Pfeffer<\/strong><\/a> w\u00fcrzen. Einen gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen <strong>Essl\u00f6ffel<\/strong> <a aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in einem neuen Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>\u00d6l<\/strong><\/a> in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne erhitzen und die H\u00e4hnchenst\u00fccke darin goldbraun anbraten. Sobald das H\u00e4hnchen gar ist, beiseite stellen. In derselben Pfanne den fein gehackten <strong>Knoblauch<\/strong> dazugeben und kurz anbraten. Dann die gefrorenen <strong>Bohnen, die Erbsen<\/strong> und die halbierten <strong>Kirschtomaten<\/strong> in die Pfanne geben und kurz anbraten. Das angebratene H\u00e4hnchenfleisch wieder in die Pfanne geben, das Basilikumpesto hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles gut vermischen. Bei Bedarf mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Sobald sich die Aromen vermischt haben, die Pfanne vom Herd nehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/vollkorn-couscous-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in einem neuen Tab)\"><strong>Couscous<\/strong><\/a> mit <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/vollkorn-couscous-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in einem neuen Tab)\"><strong>getrocknetem Basilikum <\/strong><\/a>und einer Prise Salz mischen und mit kochendem Wasser \u00fcbergie\u00dfen (nach Packungsanweisung, normalerweise im Verh\u00e4ltnis 2 Teile Fl\u00fcssigkeit zu 1 Teil Couscous). Den Couscous mit einem Deckel zudecken, <strong>5 Minuten ziehen lassen und dann mit einer Gabel zerdr\u00fccken<\/strong>. Wenn alles vorbereitet ist, kann serviert werden. Zuerst ein Bett aus Couscous auf einem Teller anrichten und darauf die H\u00e4hnchen-Gem\u00fcse-Mischung geben.
