Porta questa miscela a ebollizione e fai <strong>cuocere a fuoco basso per 5 minuti.<\/strong> Infine, aggiungi un pizzico di sale e lascia raffreddare il caramello in frigorifero, possibilmente per tutta la notte. L&#8217;ambiente freddo render\u00e0 il caramello pi\u00f9 denso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Poi puoi iniziare a preparare l&#8217;impasto. <strong>Sbatti le uova con l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/olio-di-cocco-bio-rbd-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">olio<\/a> fuso e il <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/burro-di-mandorle-100-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>burro di mandorle<\/strong><\/a> in una ciotola. Poi prendi un&#8217;altra ciotola per <strong>mescolare accuratamente<\/strong> tutti gli ingredienti secchi &#8211; <strong>zucchero, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/farina-di-farro-integrale-bio-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>farina di farro<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/lievito-in-polvere-bio-wolfberry.html\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>lievito in polvere<\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong>Aggiungi quindi il composto liquido della prima ciotola e mescola di nuovo il tutto accuratamente. Quando si sar\u00e0 formato un impasto omogeneo, potrai finalmente aggiungere le <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/cioccolatini\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">gocce di cioccolato o i pezzetti di<strong> cioccolato fondente tritato<\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong>Stendi l&#8217;impasto su una teglia (noi ne abbiamo usato una da 20&#215;20 cm) foderata con carta da forno. Versa met\u00e0 del caramello in <strong>striature casuali su tutta la superficie dei Blondies. <\/strong>Poi prendi un cucchiaio e fai scorrere l&#8217;estremit\u00e0 opposta sulla superficie dell&#8217;impasto da un lato all&#8217;altro in diversi punti, in modo che il caramello salato si mescoli con cura all&#8217;impasto crudo.
