Dann kommt dieses Rezept genau richtig. Die Zubereitung <strong>k\u00f6nnte nicht einfacher sein<\/strong>. Du brauchst nur alle Zutaten zu mischen und sie in eine Kuchenform zu geben. Selbst weniger erfahrene Konditoren k\u00f6nnen diesen Kuchen zubereiten. Obwohl die Zubereitung so einfach ist, wird es niemand merken. Er wird sowohl durch sein <strong>verf\u00fchrerisches Aussehen als auch durch seinen raffinierten Geschmack<\/strong> \u00fcberzeugen. Das Verfahren ist ganz einfach. Nimm alle Zutaten f\u00fcr diesen Teil \u2013 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-mandelmehl-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Mandel<\/a>&#8211;<\/strong> und <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-kokosmehl-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Kokosnussmehl<\/a>, Datteln und Wasser<\/strong> \u2013 und gib alles zusammen in einen Mixer. Vermische alles, bis du eine <strong>gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Masse<\/strong> erh\u00e4ltst. Bereite eine <strong>Kuchenform<\/strong> (unsere hatte einen Durchmesser von 26 cm) mit einem herausnehmbaren Boden vor. Spr\u00fche eine d\u00fcnne Schicht <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/kokosol-kochspray-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>\u00d6lspray<\/strong><\/a> auf oder lege sie mit Backpapier aus (das so zugeschnitten ist, dass es in den Boden der Kuchenform passt). <strong>Dr\u00fccke dann die Masse<\/strong> gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig in die Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Und schon kannst du mit <strong>der zweiten Schicht<\/strong> weitermachen. Gib <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-kokosmilch-400-ml-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Kokosmilch<\/a><\/strong> (fester Teil), <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/cashew-butter-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Cashewbutter<\/strong><\/a>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/agave-sirup-350-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Agavensirup<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/protein-true-whey-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Molkenprotein<\/a><\/strong> und geschmolzenes <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-rbd-kokosol-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Kokos\u00f6l<\/a><\/strong> in eine Sch\u00fcssel. Schlage alles zusammen auf, bis du eine <strong>glatte Creme<\/strong> erh\u00e4ltst. F\u00fclle diese dann in eine Kuchenform und stelle sie in den K\u00fchlschrank, wo sie sch\u00f6n <strong>fest<\/strong> wird. Dieser Prozess dauert etwa <strong>zwei Stunden<\/strong> im K\u00fchlschrank. Wenn du das Dessert schneller fertig haben willst, kannst du dir mit dem Gefrierschrank helfen und den Kuchen dort fest werden lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobald die Creme fest ist, kannst du mit der <strong>Herstellung der Schokoladenganache<\/strong> beginnen. Bereite zuerst ein Wasserbad vor. Nimm einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Topf, gie\u00dfe hei\u00dfes Wasser hinein und bringe es auf dem Herd zum Kochen. Dann stellst du einen leeren Topf f\u00fcr die Ganache hinein. Gib die <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/fitcheat-protein-chocolate-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Schokolade<\/a><\/strong> hinein und f\u00fcge <strong>20 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-rbd-kokosol-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Kokosnuss\u00f6l<\/a><\/strong> hinzu. Lass es zusammen schmelzen, bis die <strong>Masse fl\u00fcssig ist<\/strong>. Dann gibst du 100 ml <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-kokosmilch-400-ml-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">fl\u00fcssige Kokosmilch<\/a> aus der Dose hinzu und l\u00e4sst sie weitere 2-3 Minuten erw\u00e4rmen.
