K nastrouhan\u00fdm <strong>brambor\u00e1m nasypeme tro\u0161ku soli, prom\u00edch\u00e1me, aby se dostala v\u0161ude,<\/strong> a nech\u00e1me je pustit vodu. Tu po cca <strong>15 minut\u00e1ch vyma\u010dk\u00e1me <\/strong>a slijeme. N\u00e1sledn\u011b si nakr\u00e1j\u00edme <strong>nadrobno cibuli, \u010desnek a nastrouh\u00e1me parmaz\u00e1n<\/strong>.
