Spruzza la pentola con <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/olio-di-cocco-spray-gymbeam.html\">olio da cucina in spray<\/a><\/strong>, aggiungi la cipolla tagliata a dadini e fai soffriggere fino a quando non diventa traslucida. Poi, aggiungi l&#8217;aglio tritato e lo <strong>zenzero grattugiato<\/strong> e fai saltare per circa un minuto fino a quando non diventa fragrante. Ora \u00e8 il momento di aggiungere le<strong> carote e il sedano e continuare a rosolare per circa 5 minuti,<\/strong> mescolando di tanto in tanto per garantire una cottura uniforme.
