Morda ste jih ravno danes pojedli kot prigrizek med gledanjem svoje najljub\u0161e TV oddaje ali pa ste jih u\u017eivali v obliki okusnega ara\u0161idovega masla na hrustljavem toastu. Prav tako so koristni kot del razli\u010dnih jedi in zagotovo se boste strinjali, \u010de re\u010demo, da obo\u017eujemo ara\u0161idove plo\u0161\u010dice, sladoled ali udon rezance v ara\u0161idovi omaki, ki jim daje zna\u010dilen zemeljsko-ore\u0161\u010dkast okus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u0161idi ponujajo ve\u010d kot samo odli\u010den okus; pona\u0161ajo se z odli\u010dnim prehranskim profilom, <strong>bogatim z dragocenimi hranili ter prina\u0161ajo \u0161tevilne dodatne koristi,<\/strong> podprte z znanstvenimi \u0161tudijami. Vendar pa so tudi eni najve\u010djih alergenov na svetu. Toda, ali ste vedeli, da njihov ore\u0161\u010dkast videz nekoliko zavaja? Pravzaprav niso ore\u0161\u010dki in jih ne boste na\u0161li na drevesu. \u010ceprav ara\u0161ide pogosto imenujemo ore\u0161\u010dki, <strong>v resnici spadajo v dru\u017eino stro\u010dnic. <\/strong>Njihovi sorodniki niso <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/indijski-orescki-natural-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"indijski ore\u0161\u010dki (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">indijski ore\u0161\u010dki<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/pistacije-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"pistacije (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">pistacije<\/a><\/strong> ali <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/mandlji-raw-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"mandlji (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">mandlji<\/a>,<\/strong> temve\u010d <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/bio-crni-fizol-pripravljen-za-uzivanje-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"fi\u017eol (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">fi\u017eol<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/bio-cicerika-pripravljeno-za-uzivanje-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"\u010di\u010derika (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">\u010di\u010derika<\/a><\/strong> ali <strong>le\u010da.<\/strong> Ara\u0161idi so plodovi oljnice (Arachis hypogaea). Ta rastlina izvira iz Ju\u017ene Amerike in je bila udoma\u010dena pred ve\u010d kot 6 000 leti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Rastlina je zanimiva, ker hrustljavi ara\u0161idi ne rastejo nad zemljo kot \u0161tevilni drugi plodovi, temve\u010d pod zemljo. <strong>Njihova semena se postopoma zakopljejo v zemljo, kjer se razvijejo v trde stroke z mre\u017easto strukturo.<\/strong> V teh strokih je obi\u010dajno vsaj eno, lahko pa tudi do \u0161tiri semena v temno rde\u010dkastih lupinah, ki jih poznamo kot ara\u0161ide. \u010ce bi jih <strong>surove odtrgali neposredno z rastline, bi imeli podoben okus kot grah. <\/strong>Vendar pa v trgovinah pogosto najdemo pra\u017eene ali slane ara\u0161ide, ki spremenijo okus tako, da jih z veseljem hrustamo med ve\u010dernim gledanjem filma, na primer v obliki bombonov z ara\u0161idi. <mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/iStock-1279529996-1124x749.jpg\" alt=\" Ara\u0161idi so plod oljne rastline (Arachis hypogaea).\" class=\"wp-image-537767\" title=\" Ara\u0161idi so plod oljne rastline (Arachis hypogaea).\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/iStock-1279529996-1124x749.jpg 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/iStock-1279529996-400x267.jpg 400w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/iStock-1279529996.jpg 1254w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zdravstvene_koristi_arasidov\"><\/span>Zdravstvene koristi ara\u0161idov<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a aria-label=\"Ara\u0161idi  (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/neprazeni-arasidi-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Ara\u0161idi <\/a><\/strong>niso znani le po odli\u010dnem okusu, temve\u010d tudi po <strong>pozitivnih u\u010dinkih na na\u0161e zdravje.<\/strong> Zato je o njih sli\u0161ati toliko pohval. Verjetno ste \u017ee sli\u0161ali za njihov <strong>vpliv na zdravje srca, kognitivne funkcije, raven krvnega sladkorja<\/strong> in morebitno povezavo z manj\u0161im tveganjem za nastanek nekaterih vrst raka. V nadaljevanju se bomo poglobili v te in druge prednosti, ki so podprte z znanstvenimi \u0161tudijami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h3\" id=\"weight-loss\">1. Priro\u010dna pomo\u010d pri huj\u0161anju<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u0161idi so bogati z ma\u0161\u010dobami, beljakovinami in vlakninami. Ma\u0161\u010dobe same se po\u010dasneje prebavljajo v na\u0161em telesu, skupaj z njimi pa se upo\u010dasni tudi prebava drugih \u017eivil. Ta hrana se dlje \u010dasa zadr\u017euje v \u017eelodcu, kar pomaga odlo\u017eiti za\u010detek ogla\u0161anja \u017eelodca in ob\u010dutkov lakote. Ma\u0161\u010dobe, skupaj z beljakovinami in vlakninami, ara\u0161idom omogo\u010dajo, da <strong>ne le pomagajo pri premagovanju lakote, ampak tudi povzro\u010dijo ve\u010dji ob\u010dutek sitosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Prav to je tisto, kar se uvr\u0161\u010da v dieto kot eden od delov sestavljanke, ki vodi k izgubi ali vzdr\u017eevanju telesne te\u017ee. Deluje zaradi beljakovin, ki <strong>pozitivno vplivajo na grelin in leptin, hormona lakote in sitosti. <\/strong>Ta hormona mo\u017eganom po\u0161iljata signale o tem, kako la\u010dni ali siti smo. Beljakovine imajo med vsemi <strong>makrohranili najve\u010djo sposobnost nasitenja. <\/strong><mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[16 \u2013 27]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Po drugi strani pa je treba opozoriti, da so ara\u0161idi precej kalori\u010dno \u017eivilo, zato je treba njihovo u\u017eivanje nadzorovati. V 100 gramih je pribli\u017eno <strong>591 kcal, kar ustreza obilnemu obroku.<\/strong> Zato bo veliko bolj pametno, \u010de si boste v okviru svojega jedilnika ali diete privo\u0161\u010dili manj\u0161i obrok. Ara\u0161idi niso \u010darobna pal\u010dka, ki bo va\u0161e huj\u0161anje dvignila na novo raven. Vsebujejo <strong><a aria-label=\"mononenasi\u010dene in polinenasi\u010dene ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline,  (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/zdrave-in-nezdrave-mascobe-katera-zivila-jesti-in-katerim-se-izogibati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">mononenasi\u010dene in polinenasi\u010dene ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline, <\/a><\/strong>ki <strong>pozitivno vplivajo na holesterol. <\/strong>Poleg tega vsebujejo tudi razli\u010dna druga hranila, kot so antioksidanti ali vitamin B1, znan tudi kot tiamin, ki <strong>prispeva k pravilnemu delovanju srca. <\/strong>Vpliv ara\u0161idov na zdravje srca so preu\u010devale tudi razli\u010dne \u0161tudije. Te ka\u017eejo, da je bilo u\u017eivanje ara\u0161idov dvakrat na teden <strong>povezano s 13 do 19 % manj\u0161im splo\u0161nim tveganjem za bolezni srca in o\u017eilja ter 15 do 23 % manj\u0161im tveganjem za ishemi\u010dno bolezen srca.<\/strong><mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u0161ide povezujejo z zdravjem srca tudi zaradi vsebnosti resveratrola, ki spada med antioksidante. Francoska \u0161tudija iz leta 2016 ka\u017ee, da resveratrol pozitivno vpliva na <strong>vnetje v \u017eilnem endoteliju in njegovo delovanje. <\/strong>Poleg tega je pove\u010dana koncentracija resveratrola povezana z <strong>zmanj\u0161anjem oksidacije holesterola LDL, <\/strong>katerega visoke vrednosti so povezane z aterosklerozo (otrdelostjo arterij) in koronarno boleznijo.<mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h3\" id=\"blood-sugar-levels\">3. Pomo\u010d pri uravnavanju ravni sladkorja v krvi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u0161idi lahko predstavljajo odli\u010dno pomo\u010d za ljudi z diabetesom. Spadajo <strong>med \u017eivila z nizkim glikemi\u010dnim indeksom (GI).<\/strong> Obstaja mehanizem, imenovan lestvica GI in vsako \u017eivilo, ki dobi oceno GI v obmo\u010dju od 1 do 55, velja za \u017eivilo z nizkim glikemi\u010dnim indeksom. Ara\u0161idi imajo vrednost GI 15, kar jih uvr\u0161\u010da med najbolj\u0161e v tem smislu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako lahko pomagajo <strong>bolje uravnavati raven sladkorja v krvi, saj vsebujejo razmeroma malo ogljikovih hidratov ter veliko ma\u0161\u010dob, beljakovin in vlaknin. <\/strong>Prebava in absorpcija beljakovin trajata dlje kot ogljikovih hidratov, na kar vpliva tudi prisotnost vlaknin. Zaradi vlaknin se lahko energija spro\u0161\u010da bolj enakomerno, brez ve\u010djih nihanj. Posebej lahko omenimo <strong>fitosterole,<\/strong> ki so bili po eni od \u0161tudij povezani z <strong>zmanj\u0161anjem rasti tumorjev prostate za ve\u010d kot 40%.<\/strong> Poleg tega je bil ugotovljen pozitiven u\u010dinek na <strong>zmanj\u0161anje pogostosti \u0161irjenja raka na druge dele telesa za skoraj 50%.<\/strong><mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Fitosteroli so povezani tudi s pozitivnim ali zaviralnim u\u010dinkom na <strong>plju\u010dnega in \u017eelod\u010dnega raka ter raka jaj\u010dnikov in dojk.<\/strong> Resveratrol je lahko zanimiv tudi v tem pogledu, saj lahko po \u0161tudiji nem\u0161kih avtorjev <strong>omeji dotok krvi do rasto\u010dih tumorjev ali rakavih celic. <\/strong>Vendar so omenjene \u0161tudije omejene in za bolj\u0161e razumevanje povezave med ara\u0161idi in razli\u010dnimi vrstami raka je potrebnih \u0161e ve\u010d raziskav.<mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1, 8 \u2013 9, 32]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h3\" id=\"gallstones\"> 5. Potencialen pozitiven vpliv na \u017eol\u010dne kamne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dol\u010dni kamni so trdne tvorbe razli\u010dnih velikosti, ki se obi\u010dajno tvorijo v \u017eol\u010dniku in \u017eol\u010dnih vodih. Razvijejo se iz nanosov \u017eol\u010da, ki se s\u010dasoma strdijo in tvorijo predmete, ki nekoliko spominjajo na kristale iz Thanosovega Infinity Gauntleta. \u010ceprav pogosto ne povzro\u010dajo te\u017eav, vam prav tako ne bodo dali nadzora nad celotnim vesoljem. V nekaterih primerih <strong>lahko privedejo do vnetja \u017eol\u010dnika ali \u017eol\u010dnih kolik, <\/strong>kar povzro\u010di nenadno in intenzivno bole\u010dino v trebuhu, ki obi\u010dajno traja eno ali ve\u010d ur. Pozitivni u\u010dinki na kognitivne funkcije<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce ste \u017ee kdaj googlali ara\u0161ide, ste verjetno naleteli na mnogo virov, ki omenjajo njihov pozitiven vpliv na kognitivne funkcije. To so funkcije, ki vam omogo\u010dajo zaznavanje sveta okoli vas. Ta se najpogosteje ka\u017ee z gastrointestinalnimi in dermatolo\u0161kimi simptomi, kot so <strong>srbenje ko\u017ee, driska, bruhanje, bole\u010dine v trebuhu ali zaprtje.<\/strong> Vendar pa so njegovi simptomi tudi ka\u0161elj, zatekanje sluznice ali glavobol.
