Dann die in Scheiben geschnittenen Karotten dazugeben kurz d\u00fcnsten. In der Zwischenzeit die <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-rote-linse-ganze-und-geschalte-country-life.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Linsen <\/a>absp\u00fclen, mit der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche in den Topf geben und mit 500 &#8211; 700 ml hei\u00dfem Wasser auff\u00fcllen. Die Suppe ca. 30 Minuten kochen lassen, bis die Linsen und Karotten weich sind. Wenn die Suppe gar ist, mit einem Stabmixer p\u00fcrieren.
