Smatra se <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/supernamirnice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">superhranom<\/a>, zahvaljuju\u0107i visokim koncentracijama <strong>hranjivih tvari<\/strong> i <strong>bioaktivnih spojeva.<\/strong> U pro\u0161lom stolje\u0107u znanstvenici su je \u010dak smatrali za izvor hrane za ljude koji su se borili s gladi. Danas se o ovoj algi uglavnom govori kao o dodatku prehrani za <strong>\u010di\u0161\u0107enje<\/strong> i <strong>detoksikaciju organizma<\/strong>&nbsp;koji se prvo po\u010deo proizvoditi i konzumirati u Aziji, posebice u Japanu. Dvije vrste &#8211; <em>Chlorella vulgaris<\/em> i <em>Chlorella pyrenoidosa<\/em> &#8211; koriste se u dodacima prehrani. Poma\u017ee u detoksikaciji organizma<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Chlorella se mo\u017eda najvi\u0161e koristi za <strong>\u010di\u0161\u0107enje<\/strong> i <strong>detoksikaciju organizma<\/strong>. Studije tako\u0111er pokazuju da mo\u017ee igrati zanimljivu ulogu u ovome. Brzo se apsorbiraju u tijelo i lako se talo\u017ee u jetri te ih je kasnije te\u0161ko izbaciti iz organizma, \u0161to zna\u010dajno pove\u0107ava rizik ne samo od problema s jetrom, ve\u0107 i, na primjer, od raka i drugih bolesti. Sadr\u017ei do oko 2,5 mg\/100 g. U uobi\u010dajeno preporu\u010denoj dozi od 6 g, to je otprilike <strong>150 \u03bcg<\/strong>, \u0161to je otprilike <strong>polovica dnevne doze<\/strong> za odraslu osobu. To je \u010dini izvrsnim izvorom folne kiseline, jer nije uobi\u010dajeno da ovaj vitamin bude prisutan u tako koncentriranim koli\u010dinama u hrani. <sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[2,15]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Chlorella tako\u0111er mo\u017ee imati zna\u010dajan udio <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/vitaminb12-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">vitamina B12<\/a>. To je potrebno za normalnu funkciju \u017eiv\u010danog sustava ili npr. imuniteta. Me\u0111utim, to je varijabilna koli\u010dina koja mo\u017ee biti u rasponu od <strong>0 do 500 \u03bcg<\/strong>. Stoga je uvijek preporu\u010dljivo \u010ditati naljepnice na dodacima prehrani koje uzimate. Ako chlorella sadr\u017ei ovaj vitamin, vrlo lako mo\u017ee pokriti dnevnu preporu\u010denu dozu od 4 \u03bcg.
