Man kann auch ein Stoffhandtuch benutzen &#8211; die ganze Mischung hineingeben, einwickeln und ausdr\u00fccken. Es sollte m\u00f6glichst trocken sein. <strong>Den Blumenkohl mit dem Ei, dem fein geriebenen K\u00e4se und einer Prise Salz mischen<\/strong>. Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen und die Blumenkohlmasse pizzabodenartig darauf verteilen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen <strong>bei 180 \u00b0C 15 Minuten<\/strong> backen.
