Die Basis bilden <strong>Kichererbsen, Kartoffeln und viel Gem\u00fcse<\/strong>. An Mikron\u00e4hrstoffen und Ballaststoffen mangelt es nicht. Der herrlich nat\u00fcrliche Geschmack der Zutaten \u00fcberzeugt schon beim ersten Probieren. Au\u00dferdem w\u00e4rmt der Eintopf und macht satt.
