Beiseite stellen und<strong> ruhen lassen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit wird die F\u00fcllung zubereitet. <strong>Die \u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len<\/strong>, in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und in einen Topf geben. <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-ceylonzimt-pulver-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>Zimt<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/xylitol-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(\u00f6ffnet in einem neuen Tab)\"><strong>Xylitol<\/strong><\/a><strong>, Maisst\u00e4rke, Wasser und Zitronensaft hinzuf\u00fcgen. <\/strong>Alles zusammen 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die \u00c4pfel weich sind. Teig <strong>in zwei St\u00fccke<\/strong> teilen (eines etwas kleiner als das andere). Beide zu einem Kreis ausrollen. Eine Kuchenform (wir haben einen Durchmesser von 20 cm verwendet) mit <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/kokosol-kochspray-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Backspray <\/strong><\/a>einspr\u00fchen. Den Boden und die Seiten der Form mit dem gr\u00f6\u00dferen Teigkreis auslegen. Wenn der Teig \u00fcbersteht, wird er abgeschnitten und an den Stellen, an denen der Teig d\u00fcnner ist, zusammengedr\u00fcckt. <strong>Dann die Apfelmasse einf\u00fcllen und mit dem zweiten Teigteil bedecken<\/strong>. An den Stellen, an denen die Seiten des Teigs auf die Oberseite treffen, den Teig mit den Fingern zusammendr\u00fccken. Dann die obere Schicht mit der Handfl\u00e4che glatt streichen. Die Hand kann vorher mit Wasser befeuchtet werden, damit der Teig nicht kleben bleibt. Den Kuchen <strong>an mehreren Stellen mit einer Gabel einstechen<\/strong>, damit er atmen kann und nicht aufgeht. <strong>Bei 180 \u00b0C ca. 40 Minuten goldbraun backen<\/strong>.
