Und damit er noch besser schmeckt, haben wir noch etwas Knuspriges in Form von Pekann\u00fcssen hinzugef\u00fcgt. Und um das Ganze abzurunden, darf nat\u00fcrlich ein k\u00f6stliches Dressing nicht fehlen. Alle Zutaten &#8211; <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-olivenol-extra-nativ-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(\u00f6ffnet in einem neuen Tab)\"><strong>Oliven\u00f6l<\/strong><\/a><strong>,&nbsp;<\/strong><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-ahornsirup-250-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>Ahornsirup<\/strong><\/a> <strong>und Balsamico-Essig <\/strong>in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel verr\u00fchren. Wenn man keinen Essig verwenden m\u00f6chte, ist das auch kein Problem. Dann <strong>die \u00c4pfel<\/strong> in kleine W\u00fcrfel und <strong>die Rote Bete<\/strong> in kleine Scheiben schneiden. Als N\u00e4chstes die Salatmischung, die fein gehackte Minze (etwas zum Bestreuen beiseite legen) und zum Schluss die <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pecan-nuts-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(\u00f6ffnet in einem neuen Tab)\"><strong>Pekann\u00fcsse <\/strong><\/a>untermischen. Wer die Pekann\u00fcsse lieber in kleinen St\u00fccken mag, kann sie vorher hacken, und wer es besonders knackig mag, kann sie in einer Pfanne kurz anr\u00f6sten. Alles vermischen, <strong>mit dem Dressing betr\u00e4ufeln, mit <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(\u00f6ffnet in einem neuen Tab)\">Salz <\/a>abschmecken<\/strong> und nochmals gut durchmischen.
