Per prima cosa, mescola lo <strong>yogurt bianco con l&#8217;uovo e <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/oli\">l&#8217;olio<\/a>.<\/strong> Poi aggiungi la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/farine\">farina<\/a>, <\/strong>lo <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/zucchero-di-canna-bio-vanavita.html\">zucchero di canna<\/a>,<\/strong> e impasta fino a ottenere un composto leggermente appiccicoso. Avvolgilo nella pellicola trasparente e lascialo <strong>riposare in frigorifero per 30 minuti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel frattempo, prepariamo il ripieno. Mescola <strong>la ricotta con lo yogurt greco, la scorza di limone finemente grattugiata e le <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/proteine-just-whey-gymbeam.html\">proteine in polvere<\/a>.<\/strong> Dolcifica se necessario con le <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/flavor-drops-30-ml-gymbeam.html\"><strong>Flavor Drops<\/strong><\/a> e metti da parte in frigorifero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Una volta che l&#8217;impasto ha riposato, toglilo dal frigorifero e stendilo su una superficie infarinata in modo che sia sottile (circa 0,2-0,3 cm) e che abbia una forma rettangolare.
