Es ist keine gew\u00f6hnliche w\u00e4ssrige Suppe, nach der man sofort wieder hungrig wird. Es ist ein herzhaftes Hauptgericht. Dank der Tatsache, dass es Rindfleisch und Eier enth\u00e4lt, <strong>musst du dir keine Sorgen machen, ob du genug Eiwei\u00df bekommst<\/strong>. Und diejenigen unter euch, die versuchen, die Kohlenhydrate einzuschr\u00e4nken, werden sie ebenfalls zu sch\u00e4tzen wissen. Anstelle der klassischen Nudeln haben wir ihre NULL-Kalorien-Alternative verwendet, die den Anteil dieses Makron\u00e4hrstoffs auf 15 g pro Portion reduziert. Gie\u00dfe Wasser in einen davon und koche die <strong>Eier<\/strong> hart. Die Kochzeit h\u00e4ngt von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Eier ab, aber sie sind auf jeden Fall innerhalb von 10 Minuten fertig. Wenn du weichere Eier bevorzugst, reichen auch 5-7 Minuten. Schneide in der Zwischenzeit das <strong>Rindfleisch in Scheiben<\/strong> und lass es in dem anderen Topf mit Wasser kochen, bis es weich ist. Je d\u00fcnner die Scheiben, desto k\u00fcrzer die Kochzeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Erhitze das <strong><a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-olivenol-extra-nativ-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">\u00d6l<\/a><\/strong> in einem weiteren gr\u00f6\u00dferen Topf und gib <strong>gehackten Knoblauch<\/strong>, eine <strong>geschnittene Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel und geriebenen Ingwer<\/strong> hinzu. Alles zusammen 2-3 Minuten anbraten. Dann gie\u00dft du die <strong>Rinderbr\u00fche dazu, gibst Fisch und Sojasauce<\/strong> hinzu und bringst die Suppe zum Kochen. Sobald die Suppe zu kochen beginnt, probiere sie. Wenn sie dir zu salzig erscheint, f\u00fcge 200 ml Wasser hinzu. Nimm zwei Sch\u00fcsseln und f\u00fclle sie mit den gekochten <strong>Bio Zero Nudeln, den halbierten Eiern<\/strong> und dem <strong>Fleisch<\/strong> und bedecke sie mit <strong>Br\u00fche<\/strong>.
