In der Zwischenzeit die <strong>Avocado mit einer Gabel<\/strong> zu einem P\u00fcree <strong>zerdr\u00fccken<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach 15 Minuten <strong>die eingelegten Bohnen und den Mais zum Fleisch geben<\/strong> und die Mischung weitere <strong>5-10 Minuten<\/strong> <strong>unbedeckt<\/strong> kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Schluss <strong>die Tortillas erhitzen<\/strong> (zum Beispiel in der Mikrowelle oder einer Pfanne), mit gekochtem <strong>Quinoa und der Fleischmischung f\u00fcllen, ein wenig Avocadop\u00fcree, saure Sahne, geriebenen Mozzarella und Salat<\/strong> dazugeben und vorsichtig in die Form eines Burritos <strong>rollen<\/strong>.
