Eine K\u00fcchenmaschine mit einem Knethakenaufsatz kann das Kneten des Teigs erheblich erleichtern. Wenn du das nicht hast, nimm deine H\u00e4nde und einen Holzl\u00f6ffel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der Teig die richtige Konsistenz hat, gibst du die <strong>Rosinen<\/strong> dazu. Dann deckst du ihn in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit einem Geschirrtuch ab und l\u00e4sst ihn an einem warmen Ort etwa <strong>90 Minuten<\/strong> gehen. Das dauert etwa 30 Minuten. Um festzustellen, ob es gar ist, stichst du mit einem St\u00e4bchen in die Mitte des Brotes. Wenn du es sauber herausziehst, ist es fertig. Wenn der Teig noch daran klebt, muss es weiterbacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn es fertig gebacken ist, warte, bis es <strong>etwas abgek\u00fchlt ist<\/strong>, dann ist es bereit zum Servieren.
