In der Zwischenzeit den <strong>Spinat<\/strong> mit dem fein gehackten <strong>Knoblauch<\/strong> in einer Pfanne anbraten und dann die Mischung zum Mehl geben. Den Teig <strong>mit Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/strong> Das Waffeleisen vorheizen und mit <strong>Oliven\u00f6l<\/strong> einspr\u00fchen, dann den Teig darauf geben und die Waffeln goldbraun backen. Die fertigen <strong>Waffeln mit Lachs, Gem\u00fcse und Frischk\u00e4se<\/strong> belegen und sofort servieren.
