Dnes se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako dopln\u011bk stravy v podob\u011b <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/bio-spirulina-prasek-gymbeam.html\"><strong>pr\u00e1\u0161ku<\/strong><\/a> nebo <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/bio-spirulina-gymbeam.html\"><strong>tablet<\/strong><\/a> a je obl\u00edben\u00e1 pro \u0159adu sv\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch benefit\u016f. Studie prokazuj\u00ed u spiruliny <strong>antioxida\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky<\/strong> a je to pr\u00e1v\u011b tento bohat\u011b zastoupen\u00fd fykocyanin, kter\u00fd j\u00ed prop\u016fj\u010duje \u010d\u00e1st t\u011bchto vlastnost\u00ed.
