La base sono gli spaghetti di soba, che si sposano perfettamente con le verdure e il tofu. E naturalmente non sarebbe un piatto asiatico senza coriandolo e semi di sesamo. Nel frattempo, preriscalda una padella, aggiungici <strong>\u00bd cucchiaio di olio<\/strong> e fai soffriggere lo <strong>zenzero e l&#8217;aglio<\/strong> tritati. Dopo un po&#8217;, aggiungi la <strong>carota sbucciata<\/strong> tagliata a fettine sottili e i <strong>broccoli<\/strong> ridotti a piccole cimette. Nel frattempo, prepara la salsa per servire.
