Mettili in una ciotola insieme alla carne di tacchino e mescola il tutto. Poi aggiungi cumino, maggiorana, sale, pepe, uova e pangrattato e mescola di nuovo accuratamente. L&#8217;intero impasto deve risultare compatto. Se \u00e8 troppo morbido e non si riesce a modellare, aggiungi altro pangrattato.
