Deshalb haben wir uns diesmal f\u00fcr Apfelpfannkuchen entschieden, die dank des Zimts die ganze K\u00fcche duften lassen. Neben saftigen \u00c4pfeln enth\u00e4lt der Teig auch Haferflocken, die den Ballaststoffgehalt erh\u00f6hen und f\u00fcr die perfekte Konsistenz sorgen. Und nat\u00fcrlich darf auch Proteinpulver nicht fehlen, um den Proteingehalt zu erh\u00f6hen.
