Quindi scola l&#8217;acqua, frullalo e spremi con le mani il liquido in eccesso. Puoi anche usare un canovaccio per aiutarti: metti dentro tutto il composto frullato, avvolgilo bene e strizza. Deve risultare il pi\u00f9 asciutto possibile. A questo punto, <strong>unisci al cavolfiore l&#8217;uovo<\/strong>,<strong> il formaggio grattugiato finemente e un pizzico di sale<\/strong>, poi dai una mescolata. Prendi una teglia da forno, foderala con carta da forno e distribuiscici l&#8217;impasto ricreando la classica forma della pizza. <strong>Cuoci per 15 minuti in forno preriscaldato a 180\u00b0C<\/strong>.
