Poma\u017ee u terapiji za osteoartritis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Osteoartritis je <strong>degenerativno stanje zglobova<\/strong> u kojem <strong>tkiva,<\/strong> kao \u0161to su hrskavica, kosti, tetive ili ligamenti, postupno podlije\u017eu<strong> o\u0161te\u0107enju<\/strong> tijekom vremena. Na primjer, hrskavica se postepeno smanjuje i stanjuje, \u0161to dovodi do boli ili smanjene pokretljivosti zglobova. Taj oblik artritisa obi\u010dno zahva\u0107a zglobove poput <strong>koljena, kukova<\/strong> ili <strong>zglobova prstiju<\/strong>, manifestiraju\u0107i se kroz bol, uko\u010denost ili oticanje. <sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[2,20]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Trenutno ne postoje lijekovi koji mogu izlije\u010diti osteoartritis. Me\u0111utim, dostupno je nekoliko<strong> ljekovitih pripravaka<\/strong> i <strong>dodataka prehrani<\/strong> koji poma\u017eu ubla\u017eiti simptome ili usporiti napredovanje. Upravo je glukozamin jedna od tvari za koje istra\u017eivanja ukazuju na te u\u010dinke. Zapravo, jedno je istra\u017eivanje \u010dak otkrilo da je upotreba glukozamina kod osoba s osteoartritisom pomogla<strong> odgoditi potpunu zamjenu o\u0161te\u0107enog zgloba<\/strong> protezom (umjetnim zglobom) kod 57 % pacijenata, za najvi\u0161e 5 godina. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[3,23]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To je dodatak koji mo\u017ee biti koristan za osteoartritis <strong>koljena<\/strong> ili <strong>zgloba kuka<\/strong>. Istra\u017eivanje tako\u0111er spominje njegov mogu\u0107i u\u010dinak na to stanje koje se razvija u <strong>temporomandibularnom (\u010deljusnom) zglobu.<\/strong> Ako vas mu\u010di to stanje, glukozamin bi mogao biti jedno od pomagala koje vam poma\u017ee u borbi protiv njega. Utje\u010de na zdravlje i funkciju zglobova<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da upotreba glukozamina donosi nekoliko obe\u0107avaju\u0107ih prednosti za zdravlje zglobova. Utje\u010de na proizvodnju kolagena<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Znanstvenici tako\u0111er primje\u0107uju da glukozamin pozitivno utje\u010de na <strong>kolagen, <\/strong>glavni strukturni protein koji se nalazi u vezivnom tkivu, hrskavici i kostima.
