Co se ale stane s t\u011blem, kdy\u017e ji <strong>p\u0159estaneme p\u00edt<\/strong>? \u010cekaj\u00ed n\u00e1s n\u011bjak\u00e9 <strong>abstinen\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky<\/strong>? Nebo to bude <strong>proch\u00e1zka r\u016f\u017eovou zahradou<\/strong>? K\u00e1va <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mno\u017estv\u00ed kofeinu, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1\u0161 obl\u00edben\u00fd \u0161\u00e1lek k\u00e1vy obsahuje, se bude li\u0161it v z\u00e1vislosti na typu k\u00e1vy a zp\u016fsobu jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravy. Nap\u0159\u00edklad takov\u00e9 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 <strong>espresso<\/strong> obsahuje n\u011bco kolem <strong>80 mg kofeinu<\/strong>. Nesm\u00edme zapomenout ani na <strong>instantn\u00ed k\u00e1vu<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 v pr\u016fm\u011bru p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>30 mg kofeinu<\/strong> na 1 \u010dajovou l\u017ei\u010dku. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A co k\u00e1va bez kofeinu?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00e1s to p\u0159ekvap\u00ed, mo\u017en\u00e1 ne, ale i <strong>bezkofeinov\u00e1 k\u00e1va<\/strong> obsahuje n\u011bjak\u00e9 to procento kofeinu. Nap\u0159\u00edklad podle Evropsk\u00e9 agentury pro bezpe\u010dnost potravin m\u00e1 tabulka <strong>ho\u0159k\u00e9 \u010dokol\u00e1dy<\/strong> (100 g) v pr\u016fm\u011bru <strong>50 mg kofeinu<\/strong> a tabulka <strong>ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 \u010dokol\u00e1dy<\/strong> (100 g) p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>20 mg<\/strong>. Podle dal\u0161\u00ed studie m\u00e1 zase tabulka ho\u0159k\u00e9 \u010dokol\u00e1dy (100 g) p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 114 mg kofeinu, co\u017e se pom\u011brn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[6 &#8211; 7]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">3. Zelen\u00fd \u010daj<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kofein se nach\u00e1z\u00ed tak\u00e9 v zelen\u00e9m <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/caje\" class=\"ek-link\">\u010daji<\/a>. Adenosin se v mozku v\u00e1\u017ee na receptory &#8211; pokud se nav\u00e1\u017ee na <strong>receptor A1<\/strong>, doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke <strong>svalov\u00e9 relaxaci a ospalosti<\/strong>, a kdy\u017e se dostane k <strong>receptoru A2A<\/strong>, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k <strong>\u00fanav\u011b<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A tady pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed na \u0159adu kofein. Ten toti\u017e funguje jako <strong>antagonista adenosinov\u00fdch receptor\u016f<\/strong> a tedy zab\u00edr\u00e1 tyt\u00e9\u017e receptory a <strong>br\u00e1n\u00ed adenosinu v jeho funkci<\/strong>.
