V organismu vznik\u00e1 jako meziprodukt z aminokyseliny <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/l-ornitin-hcl-gymbeam.html\">ornitin<\/a> a karbamoylfosf\u00e1tu v r\u00e1mci mo\u010dovinov\u00e9ho cyklu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ho p\u0159irozen\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me z n\u011bkter\u00fdch potravin nebo dopl\u0148k\u016f. Na rozd\u00edl od jin\u00fdch aminokyselin, kter\u00e9 zn\u00e1te ze sportovn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivy, se citrulin v t\u011ble <strong>nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako stavebn\u00ed l\u00e1tka pro r\u016fst \u010di regeneraci sval\u016f <\/strong>a dal\u0161\u00edch tk\u00e1n\u00ed. M\u00e1 v\u0161ak \u00fapln\u011b jinou funkci, kter\u00e1 je pro sportovce stejn\u011b tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00fdm faktem v souvislosti s citrulinem je, \u017ee n\u00e1zev byl odvozen z latinsk\u00e9ho slova <em>citrullus vulgaris, <\/em>v p\u0159ekladu vodn\u00ed meloun. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem je citrulin zapojen do proces\u016f souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s p\u0159irozenou <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/detoxikace-a-ocista-tela-co-to-vlastne-je-a-jak-ji-prirozene-podporit\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">detoxikac\u00ed organismu<\/a>. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1, 3]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Druh\u00fdm d\u011bjem, kter\u00fd bude sportovce zaj\u00edmat je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce, <strong>je tvorba oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho (NO). <\/strong>Citrulin se toti\u017e v t\u011ble dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159em\u011bnit na <strong>aminokyselinu <\/strong><a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/arginin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>arginin<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> Z n\u00ed se pak tvo\u0159\u00ed oxid dusnat\u00fd, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 vliv na <strong>roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00e9v (vasodilataci).<\/strong> D\u00edky tomu umo\u017e\u0148uje lep\u0161\u00ed prokrven\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u00ed, co\u017e se projev\u00ed<strong> v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed svalovou pumpou.<\/strong> Do sval\u016f se tak m\u016f\u017ee dostat v\u00edce kysl\u00edku i dal\u0161\u00edch \u017eivin a z\u00e1rove\u0148 doch\u00e1z\u00ed i k efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed odpadn\u00edch l\u00e1tek energetick\u00e9ho metabolismu. O\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek je v\u0161ak v tom, \u017ee <strong>na\u0161e t\u011blo nedok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159ijat\u00fd arginin vyu\u017e\u00edvat tak efektivn\u011b jako citrulin. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e si d\u00e1me arginin, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nejprve metabolizov\u00e1n ve st\u0159ev\u011b a j\u00e1trech. To m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit jeho mno\u017estv\u00ed v krvi, kter\u00e9 je pak k dispozici pro tvorbu oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho. Na rozd\u00edl od toho jde v\u011bt\u0161ina p\u0159ijat\u00e9ho citrulinu rovnou do krve, kde je vyu\u017eita k p\u0159em\u011bn\u011b na arginin. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[3]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak\u00e9 v\u011bdci porovn\u00e1vali, zda hladinu argininu v t\u011ble v\u00edce zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed l-arginin, nebo l-citrulin. Ten se v t\u011ble zapojuje do Krebsova cyklu, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m <strong>vznik\u00e1 ATP, co\u017e je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed zdroj bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 energie<\/strong>. Slou\u017e\u00ed jako energetick\u00fd pohon pro svaly, mozek a v podstat\u011b cel\u00e9 t\u011blo.
