In questo metodo di cottura soffriggi gli ingredienti in padella con un filo d&#8217;olio, in modo da renderli <strong>croccanti<\/strong>. Facile, no? La parte pi\u00f9 difficile, infatti, \u00e8 scegliere cosa cucinare! A questo giro abbiamo optato per una ricetta vegana in cui protagonista \u00e8 il tofu, aggiungendo verdure e funghi che conferiscono al piatto un sapore inconfondibile. Affetta a striscioline <strong>le zucchine, i funghi, la cipolla<\/strong>. Pela <strong>le carote<\/strong> e taglia anch&#8217;esse a striscioline. Ora riscalda la&nbsp;<strong>padella<\/strong>&nbsp;aggiungendo un filo d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/olio-extravergine-di-oliva-bio-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>olio<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;e soffriggi <strong>i funghi, il tofu, la cipolla e le carote<\/strong>. Trascorso qualche minuto, aggiungi <strong>le zucchine, le taccole<\/strong>&nbsp;e lo <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/zucchero-di-cocco-bio-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>zucchero di cocco<\/strong><\/a>.
