Pentru un aport zilnic de 2000 kcal, aceasta corespunde cu aproximativ <strong>1 g de ALA pe zi.<\/strong> Pentru a ob\u021bine aceast\u0103 cantitate, este suficient s\u0103 consuma\u021bi <strong>aproximativ 11 g de nuci<\/strong> pe zi (mai pu\u021bin de o m\u00e2n\u0103).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nucile sunt, de asemenea, bogate \u00een <strong>antioxidan\u021bi<\/strong>, ajut\u00e2nd la protejarea organismului de efectele radicalilor liberi care contribuie la diferite boli, inclusiv cancer sau boli cardiovasculare.
