M\u00e1me v\u0161ak k dispozici n\u011bkolik <strong>l\u00e9\u010div\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f<\/strong> a <strong>dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed zm\u00edrnit jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky \u010di zpomalit jej\u00ed postup. Pr\u00e1v\u011b glukosamin je jednou z l\u00e1tek, u kter\u00e9 se ve v\u00fdzkumech ukazuj\u00ed tyto \u00fa\u010dinky. Z jedn\u00e9 studie dokonce vyplynulo, \u017ee u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed glukosaminu u lid\u00ed s osteoartritidou pomohlo <strong>odd\u00e1lit kompletn\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bnu po\u0161kozen\u00e9ho kloubu<\/strong> za endoprot\u00e9zu (um\u011bl\u00fd kloub) u 57 % pacient\u016f, a to a\u017e o 5 let.&nbsp;<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[3,23]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00e1 se o dopln\u011bk, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159i osteoartritid\u011b <strong>kolenn\u00edho kloubu<\/strong> nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>ky\u010dle<\/strong>. Ve v\u00fdzkumech se zmi\u0148uje i mo\u017en\u00fd efekt na toto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed rozvinut\u00e9 v <strong>\u010delistn\u00edm (temporomandibul\u00e1rn\u00edm) kloubu<\/strong>. Pokud toto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed tr\u00e1p\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00e1s, glukosamin by mohl b\u00fdt jedn\u00edm z pomocn\u00edk\u016f, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m s n\u00edm pom\u016f\u017ee bojovat.
