Mescola <strong>150 g di <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/farine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">farina di farro fine<\/a> con 50 g di <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/farina-di-farro-integrale-bio-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">farina integrale di farro<\/a>, 30 g di <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/zucchero-di-canna-bio-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">zucchero di canna<\/a>, e un pizzico di <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/sale-rosa-dell-himalaya-fino-500-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">sale<\/a>.<\/strong> Scalda il <strong>latte<\/strong>, ma assicurati che non diventi troppo caldo. Aggiungi i restanti <strong>5 g di zucchero, il lievito secco<\/strong> e lascia riposare per <strong>5 minuti<\/strong> per attivare il lievito. Quindi, uniscilo alla miscela di farina, aggiungi il&nbsp;<a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/ghee-puro-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>ghee<\/strong><\/a> ammorbidito e lavora il tutto fino ad avere un impasto omogeneo. Capirai di aver raggiunto la consistenza giusta quando vedrai formarsi delle bolle sull&#8217;impasto.
